What we collect

Your account details (name, email, password hash), your creator profile, the products and sales assets you create, files you upload, and usage records such as AI credit use and activity logs.

How we use it

To run the service: to save your work, generate drafts you ask for, send notifications you’ve chosen, process subscription and credit top-up payments through our payment provider, and keep the service secure.

AI processing

When you ask Creator Yard to generate or edit content, the relevant parts of your profile and product are sent to our AI provider to produce the result. We do not use your product content to train AI models, and we choose providers that don’t either.

Payments

Subscription payments are handled by our payment provider (such as Paystack or Stripe). We don’t store card details. Creator Yard does not process payments for products you sell; those happen on the platform you choose.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run Creator Yard (hosting, email, AI, payments), or where the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Export files are deleted automatically after a short period. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account and privacy; this removes your workspace, products, uploads and exports.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact info@creatoryard.co for anything you can’t do yourself in the app.
