Nine minutes on why your expertise isn't selling.

The short version: you're giving away the thing people would pay for, and selling the thing they don't want. Here's how to flip that.

Video sales letter Paste your YouTube, Vimeo or Wistia embed here. Recommended: 8–12 mins, GAS structure, ends on the seat scarcity.

The 30 days

Every week ends with something real.

No theory weeks. You finish each Friday holding an asset you didn't have on Monday.

Days 1–7

Find the thing you're already known for

Most creators sell the wrong product because they pick it themselves. We work backwards from what your audience already comes to you for.

  • The expertise audit — what you actually get asked about
  • Choosing between a guide, template, mini-course or session
  • Writing the one-line promise your product makes
  • Validating it in your DMs before you build a thing
You'll finish withOne validated product idea and a written promise.

Days 8–14

Price it, then pre-sell it

Pricing stops being a guess when someone has already paid. This is the week you find out if it's real.

  • Pricing for the Nigerian market without racing to the bottom
  • Building the offer stack — what's in, what's cut
  • Setting up your Selar checkout end to end
  • Running a pre-sale to your existing audience
You'll finish withA live checkout link and your first pre-sale attempt behind you.
Days 15–21

Build it in one week flat

The scope is fixed on purpose. A finished small product beats a perfect unfinished one every single time.

  • The build sprint — daily targets, daily check-ins
  • Templates for guides, workbooks and course outlines
  • Making it look good without a designer
  • Delivery setup so buyers get it automatically
You'll finish withA finished, deliverable digital product.

Days 22–30

Launch, publicly

Launch week is scripted so you're never staring at a blank caption box wondering what to say.

  • The 7-day launch calendar, post by post
  • Swipe copy for Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp and email
  • Handling objections in the DMs without discounting
  • What to do the day after launch ends
You'll finish withA completed public launch and your first sales.

What's going in your bag?

Three taps. We'll show you the product you'd most likely build in the challenge and the maths behind it.

Build your bag

This is a preview of the Week 1 exercise.

1 · What do people come to you for?
2 · How do you like to teach?
3 · Roughly how many people follow you?

If 2% buy
That's

This is arithmetic, not a forecast. A 2% conversion rate is a common benchmark, not a guarantee — your result depends on your audience, your offer and how you launch. Creator Yard teaches the process. Nobody can promise you the outcome.

Seats

Fifty people. Then we close it.

The cap isn't marketing. Fifty is the number where everyone still gets a reply in the group.

Questions

Before you ask.

Plan for 45 to 90 minutes on weekdays. Everything is delivered in our copmmunity (The Yard) so you can work through it between meetings or after hours. Weekends are catch-up, not new material.

Yes, but know what you're signing up for. You'll finish with a finished product and a launch plan. If you're starting from close to zero followers, your first launch will be small. The point is that you'll have something real to grow toward.

Bring it. Several people every cohort rebuild an existing product rather than starting fresh. The repositioning and launch weeks usually do more for them than the build week.

No. You'll get templates for everything and we set up your checkout together. If you can use WhatsApp and Canva, you have enough.

Everything stays in the group, so you can catch up in your own time. If life genuinely gets in the way, tell us and we'll move you to the next cohort at no cost.

You have 48 hours from day one. Message hello@creatoryard.com and we'll refund you in full, or defer you to the next cohort if you'd prefer.

It's a cohort, not a course. There are fixed dates, daily prompts, a live group and a launch you commit to in front of other people. That's the whole design. It is all about accountability and system.t.

Thirty days from now, you'll either have it or you won't.

The knowledge is already yours. The only thing missing is a deadline and a room full of people running at it with you.
