Our Mission

We Believe Every
Nigerian Creator
Deserves to Earn.

The Nigerian creator space is one of the most vibrant, innovative, and culturally powerful in the world. But for most creators here, the gap between having an audience and having an income is still enormous.

The tools exist. The platforms exist. The buyers exist. What's been missing is a clear, Nigeria-specific roadmap — one built for the Naira economy, the Nigerian audience, and the realities of building a digital business from Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt.

Creator Yard was built to close that gap. We develop the frameworks, run the cohorts, create the tools, and build the community that helps Nigerian content creators find their product, price it right, and sell it — on their own terms.

"We're not just teaching creators how to make money. We're building an ecosystem where Nigerian knowledge has the infrastructure to become income."

— Eniola, Founder · Creator Yard
How We Started

The Story
Behind the
Yard.

Creator Yard didn't start with a grand plan. It started with a frustration — and a conviction that something better was possible for Nigerian creators.

Under the umbrella of
Hive Mind Marketing Ltd
A Lagos-based digital marketing and brand development company working with coaches, consultants, and content creators across Nigeria.

The Observation

The Creator Gap Becomes Impossible to Ignore

While working with coaches and consultants through Hive Mind Marketing, Eniola noticed a consistent pattern: Nigerian creators with genuine knowledge and loyal audiences were making almost nothing from their content. Every tool recommendation was built for PayPal. Every strategy was calibrated for US audiences. Every "how to monetise" article assumed a following that most Nigerian creators hadn't built yet.

The advice wasn't wrong. It just wasn't for them.

The Research

Deep-Diving the Nigerian Creator Economy

Before building anything, Eniola spent time embedded in the Nigerian creator space — talking to creators across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube, observing buying patterns, testing Selar as a platform, and mapping out where creators were losing money, wasting time, and making avoidable mistakes.

The research surfaced something unexpected: Nigerian creators weren't failing because of a lack of effort or talent. They were failing because they were using frameworks that weren't built for their market, their currency, or their audience psychology.

The Launch

Creator Yard Opens Its Doors

Creator Yard launched in early 2025 as a dedicated vertical under Hive Mind Marketing Ltd — with a single mission: build the infrastructure that Nigeria's creator economy was missing. The brand launched with a waitlist for the first Digital Bag Challenge cohort, a free lead magnet, and a newsletter.

Cohort 1 sold out in under 72 hours. 47 creators launched digital products. 38 made their first sale within the 30 days. The validation was immediate and undeniable.

The Expansion

The Content Vault, Creator DNA Quiz, and The Bag Report

Following Cohort 1's success, Creator Yard expanded its product ecosystem. The Content Vault — a 7-resource digital bundle — launched as a standalone product. The Creator DNA Assessment went live as a free lead magnet, assigning creators to one of five monetisation archetypes and delivering personalised playbooks via email. The Bag Report weekly newsletter launched to help creators stay sharp between cohorts.

Cohort 4 is Open. The Vision Gets Bigger.

Today, Creator Yard is preparing for its fourth quarterly cohort with a growing waitlist, an expanding product suite, and early-stage conversations around B2B creator training for corporate clients. The mission hasn't changed. The reach is just getting wider.

What started as one woman's frustration with a broken system is becoming the infrastructure that thousands of Nigerian creators will build their businesses on.

Creator Yard Is
Built on a Decade
of Marketing Work.

Creator Yard didn't emerge from a vacuum. It's the creator economy vertical of Hive Mind Marketing Ltd — a Lagos-based marketing and brand development company with years of experience working behind the scenes with Nigerian entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and business owners.

That background matters. The frameworks we teach inside the DBC, the pricing psychology in The Bag Report, the sales copy structures in the Content Vault — all of it is drawn from real work done building real businesses for real clients in Nigeria.

Creator Yard is where that expertise becomes accessible to creators who can't yet afford a marketing agency — but deserve the same quality of thinking.

Every cohort is capped at 50 creators because we believe in quality over scale. We'd rather run four excellent cohorts a year than water down what we do to serve more people badly.

Work With Us
What We Stand For

Our Values.
Non-Negotiable.

These aren't corporate wallpaper. They're the decisions we make every day about what to build, what to say, and who we serve.

01
🇳🇬
Nigeria First, Always

Everything we build is calibrated for the Nigerian market. Naira pricing. Selar-native. Nigerian audience psychology. We don't adapt generic advice — we build from the ground up for creators building businesses here.

02
Outcomes Over Theory

We don't teach for the sake of teaching. Every framework, every exercise, every newsletter issue is designed to produce a specific outcome. If you can't act on it this week, it doesn't belong in our curriculum.

03
🔍
Radical Honesty

We tell creators what's actually working, what isn't, and why — even when it's not what they want to hear. There are no income guarantees in digital products. We say that clearly and build skills that create real results anyway.

04
🤝
Community as Infrastructure

The DBC cohort model is intentionally small because we believe the best learning happens in tight, accountable groups. Community at Creator Yard is a structural feature — not a marketing angle.

05
🔓
Access Without Compromise

High-quality creator education shouldn't require premium pricing. We keep our products accessible in Naira, include free resources alongside paid ones, and build free tools (like the Creator DNA Quiz) that give real value before you spend anything.

06
🏗️
Build to Last

We're not chasing trends. The frameworks we teach — Find the Bag, Build the Bag, Price the Bag, Sell the Bag — are built on timeless marketing and product principles, not whatever's going viral this month.

Our Original Research

We Pioneered the
Creator DNA
Framework.

One of Creator Yard's most important contributions to Nigeria's creator economy is the Creator DNA Assessment — a framework we developed through direct research with Nigerian creators to identify the five distinct monetisation archetypes that determine which digital products a creator is most likely to build successfully and sell consistently.

Most creators fail not because they're bad at their craft, but because they're trying to monetise through a format that doesn't match how their audience experiences them. A Storyteller trying to sell a system-heavy course is fighting their own strengths. A Builder forcing themselves to do vulnerability-driven storytelling is working uphill. The Creator DNA framework ends that mismatch.

Connectors build trust and community naturally. Their audience follows them for introductions, safe spaces, and the feeling of belonging to something. They monetise best through experiences and curated access.

The Builder Systems Type

Builders turn complexity into clarity. Their audience comes to them for step-by-step instructions, templates, and systems. They're the creators whose followers say "you explained it so simply." They monetise best through structured, replicable formats.

Storytellers make people feel seen. Their audience follows the journey, not just the information. Vulnerability and authenticity are their assets — and buyers trust them deeply because they feel like friends, not teachers.

How We Developed the Framework

The Creator DNA archetypes were developed through direct observation of and conversation with Nigerian content creators across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube — cross-referenced with established marketing personality frameworks, buyer psychology research, and real sales data from Creator Yard alumni across three cohorts. The assessment has been taken by over 400 creators.

Creator Yard didn't just help me build a product. It helped me understand for the first time that I could actually run a business from my phone. Eniola made the whole thing feel possible for someone like me — a lifestyle creator with no tech background.

I came in as a Storyteller — the quiz confirmed what I kind of already knew about myself but had never put into words. Then the DBC helped me build an ebook that actually fit how I create. It sold on Day 1. I still can't believe it.

The Creator DNA quiz alone changed how I think about my content. I'd been trying to build systems content because that's what everyone said worked. Turns out I'm an Entertainer — and the moment I leaned into that, everything clicked.

Where We're Going

The Vision Is
Bigger Than
One Cohort.

Creator Yard is three years old and we've barely scratched the surface. Here's what we're building toward — not just as a business, but as infrastructure for Nigeria's creator economy.

🏆
500 Creator Alumni Network

When we hit 500 graduates, we launch a structured alumni network — connecting Creator Yard cohort creators for collaborations, referrals, and peer accountability. The community doesn't end at Day 30.

🏢
B2B Creator Training

Corporate organisations are beginning to recognise that creator economy skills are business skills. Creator Yard's curriculum — adapted for teams — is the next major service under Hive Mind Marketing Ltd.

🤖
Creator Monetisation Diagnostic Tool

An interactive web app that takes any creator through a personalised monetisation roadmap — product recommendations, pricing benchmarks, and a phased action plan — in under 10 minutes. No quiz. Just clarity.

🌍
Pan-African Expansion

The creator economy gap isn't only a Nigerian problem. The frameworks we've built in Lagos work across Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and beyond. Creator Yard is building the infrastructure to serve the entire African creator economy.

📚
Curriculum Licensing

Under Hive Mind Marketing Ltd, we're exploring white-label licensing of the Creator Yard curriculum — allowing organisations and educational institutions to deliver our frameworks under their own brand.
